What the Trial Found
The Exeter study enrolled 150 adults aged 50 and over, across a 60-day period. A related sub-study at King’s College London looked at epigenetic changes after one month of supplementation. Researchers reported shifts in gene expression consistent with slower biological ageing, though they stressed these findings should be treated as indicative rather than definitive.
